Bill has 18 years’ experience in superannuation and first audited SMSFs
in the 1980s as a graduate with KPMG.

All our audits are completed to the highest level of auditor competency standards.

We use secure cloud-based software which enables optional file sharing,
timely electronic copies of your SMSF audit reports, and SMSF invoicing
emailed to your organisation.

Trust Accounts

Monies held in trust are required to be audited each year, sometimes with spot checks during the year. If you are a real estate agent or lawyer with a trust account we can assist you to meet your legal requirements.

Audit Now Director, Bill Lucas, during his role at Queensland Investment Corporation, established multiple property trust accounts which turned over rents for an $11 billion property portolio, including the implementation of procedures for compliance and reporting.

Forensic Reviews

There are areas of financial risk in all businesses, particularly in regard to online banking, payments and receipting. An Audit Now forensic review will examine any areas of concern and identify issues and risks.

We then make recommendations for preventative controls and detection controls, to reduce risk and increase your organisation’s financial security. If required, Audit Now can assist with the implementation of new controls including developing new procedures and training staff.

Not-for-profit

Many not-for-profit organisations require an annual audit. Auditing for this type of organisations can present particular challenges and Audit Now is well qualified to assist, including the identification of any new procedures required to improve financial security or administration.
